At the foot of the Sibillini Mountains lies Alteta, a small village with an ancient mediaeval castle that has been home to our company for four generations.\u2028\u2028<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our adventure began in 1955 with Serafino Bastianelli and Annunziata Salvatelli, who decided to start a mill with the sale of farmyard animal feed.\u2028It was thanks to the experience of Mr. Giuseppe Salvatelli, a famous and respected charcuterie maker from Alteta, that we started a small pig farm.<\/p>\n<\/div>

In the following years, with commitment and passion, we were able to develop the first herd of around 250 pigs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our secret cellar<\/strong>, situata proprio all’interno del castello, nascono i salumi e i formaggi che conquistano i palati pi\u00f9 esigenti. \u2028<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With care and skill, we let time do its work, turning selected meats into gastronomic delicacies.\u2028<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We are more than a farm: we are custodians of the traditions of the Marche region and creators of unique flavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is what makes us proud of our family heritage and pushes us to pursue with determination our commitment to offer healthy and genuine products, respecting the authenticity of our land and its traditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>
