Lo sugo de na Ota is prepared the grandmother's way: no mince, just chunks of meat that cook for hours until they fall apart, releasing all their flavour. A sauce that requires time and patience, but which repays with an authentic and rich taste.
Is prepared with genuine ingredients and and meat from our farms, and encapsulates the tradition and warmth of old-fashioned cooking in each jar. Together we offer fusilloni 500 g, we choose a locally crafted, bronze-drawn pasta with a helical shape, perfect for capturing every piece of meat and blending beautifully with the sauce.
Sauce ingredients: pork, tomato, onion, carrot, salt, spice mix, aromatic spice mix, chilli pepper, extra virgin olive oil.
Gluten-free, with no added colourings or preservatives.
The product contains 550 g of sauce, è vacuum-sealed and is for 500g of pasta,we recommend heating it slightly in a bain-marie and then diluting it with a little cooking water when you go to season the pasta.
Store in the fridge or in a cool, dry place.
