The Ragù Norcina is prepared withhealthy ingredients of our own production and authentic flavors of our landwhich give life to a product made according to tradition. A sauce that captures the passion and the dedication of old-fashioned cooking. Already ready, just heat it up and pour it over the pasta to enjoy a dish that brings the warmth and flavor of the past to your table.

Sauce ingredients:sausage (pork meat, salt, pepper, spices, natural flavors, Mistrà, orange peel, dextrose, garlic), onion, mushrooms.
Gluten-free, with no added colourings or preservatives.

The product contains 550gr of sauce, is vacuum-sealed and is for 500g of pasta,we recommend heating it slightly in a bain-marie and then diluting it with a little cooking water when you go to season the pasta.
Store in the fridge or in a cool, dry place.
