Art. 2. Provision of data and consequences in the event of failure to consent to processing

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points a) and b) of Art. 1 above is merely optional. However, since such processing is necessary to allow registration to the Site and, therefore, the provision of services offered by Country Pig Farm , through the Site, including the e-commerce service, any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to complete the registration process and to make purchases on the Site.

Art. 6. Storage of personal data

Users' personal data will be kept only for the time necessary to guarantee the correct provision of the services offered.
In the event of cancellation, exclusion or disabling due to non-use of the account on the Site, users' data will be kept for administrative purposes for a period not exceeding one quarter, without prejudice to any specific legal obligations on the retention of accounting documents or for public security purposes. In such cases, the automatic deletion of the data will also be guaranteed by third parties to whom the same may have been communicated.

- information on the origin of the personal data, on the purposes and methods of the processing, on the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments
- indication of the identification details of the Data Controller and of the Data Processor(s), as well as, where applicable, of the representative designated by a foreign entity to process the data in Italy
- indications of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of processing;
c) obtain: - the updating, rectification or integration of data
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose retention is necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed
- certification to the effect that the operations as per the preceding points have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;

As is well known, the Privacy Code provides that personal data shall be processed with the consent of the data subject, except in the cases of exclusion specifically indicated by the law itself. For this reason, we ask the user to expressly express consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated above.
It is understood that the provision of data for registration to the Site is merely optional, but necessary for registration to the Site and, consequently, for access to the services offered by Country Pig Farm , through the Site itself, including the e-commerce service, and any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to complete the registration process and to make purchases on the Site.

Art. 8. Information on the Use of Cookies
Cookies are text files that the Site transfers to the User's computer in order to facilitate navigation. Thanks to cookies, it can be easier for the Site to recognise registered Users, for example by avoiding the need for them to authenticate themselves (by means of ‘log-in’ and ‘password’) each time they access the Site.
