Our Ragù Norcina is made only with genuine ingredients: Our own sausage, selected meat and all the flavour of a sauce made properly, without preservatives. It's ready-made, just heat it up and pour it over the pasta.
Together we offer Strozzapreti 500gr, we choose a locally crafted, bronze-drawn pasta to capture every drop of sauce. A perfect pairing for a rich and flavorful dish, ready in no time.

Sauce ingredients:sausage (pork meat, salt, pepper, spices, natural flavors, Mistrà, orange peel, dextrose, garlic), onion, mushrooms.
Gluten-free, with no added colourings or preservatives.

The product contains 550gr of sauce, is vacuum-sealed and is for 500g of pasta,we recommend heating it slightly in a bain-marie and then diluting it with a little cooking water when you go to season the pasta.
Store in the fridge or in a cool, dry place.
