Description
Salame without lard on Budello gentile is made from a completely lean mixture and is eaten nice and dry, cut as fine as possible. As in the case of the lardless salami, it has this particular variant made exclusively by us, ‘the gentile casing’, which gives this sausage a unique flavour, obtained from the long maturing process, possible thanks to the very thick casing.
The weight may vary as it is a handmade product.
