Description
The Boar ragout is prepared with selected wild boar meat, cooked slowly until a rich, tasty and intensely flavoured sauce is obtained. With passion and genuine ingredients, this ragout encapsulates all the flavour of the game tradition.
Together we offer two packet of Pappardelle Filotea da 250gr each, the ideal shape to enhance this type of sauce. Thanks to bronze drawing, the pasta has a rough surface that holds the ragù perfectly.
Only selected meat, slow cooking, and artisan pasta: the best of tradition in a single dish.
Sauce ingredients:: wild boar meat, pork meat, onion, carrot, salt, spice blend, aromatic spice blend, extra virgin olive oil.
Gluten-free, with no added colourings or preservatives.
The product is vacuum-packed and and is for 500g of pasta,We recommend heating it slightly in a bain-marie and then diluting it with a little cooking water when you go to season the pasta.
Store in the fridge or in a cool, dry place.
