Our Ragù Norcina is made only with genuine ingredients: Our own sausage, selected meat and all the flavour of a sauce made properly, without preservatives. It's ready-made, just heat it up and pour it over the pasta.
Together we offer Strozzapreti Filotea 500gr, a handmade pasta from the territory, bronze-drawn to capture every drop of sauce. A perfect combination for a rich and tasty dish, ready in an instant.

Sauce ingredients:: salsiccia (carne di suino, sale, pepe, spezie, aromi naturali, mistrà, buccia d’arancia, destrosio, aglio), cipolla, funghi.
Gluten-free, with no added colourings or preservatives.

The product is vacuum-packed and and is for 500g of pasta,We recommend heating it slightly in a bain-marie and then diluting it with a little cooking water when you go to season the pasta.
Store in the fridge or in a cool, dry place.
