Ham Walnut , also called fiocco or fiocchetto, is one of the most prized cuts of ham. It is artisanally refined and freshly salted a few days after slaughtering. You can enjoy it tender and soft, topped with vegetables and cherry tomatoes, or you can let it season until it becomes as excellent as prosciutto.
