Inspired by classic mortadella but with a unique touch all its own, our creation is the result of innovative and authentic experimentation. The meat is ground repeatedly to obtain a perfect emulsion, both in taste and texture. “Rustichella” is enriched with cubes of larded ham, pistachios and a touch of pepper, providing an unforgettable taste experience.
