Description
Lonzino is a very lean sausage and is obtained from boneless pork loin, salted and seasoned, then transferred to the cellar where it remains for at least 6 months before being sold. Its aroma is unmistakable, delicate but with a strong flavour that is not salty. The particularity of the lonzino is the mix of flavours that are combined with the compactness typical of lean meat.
The weight may vary since it is a handmade product.
